Refund Policy
We believe in transparent, honest business. Please read our refund and cancellation policy before confirming any booking with Wild Pawprint Safaris.
No refunds
Wild Pawprint Safaris operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a deposit or full payment is received and a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances — including but not limited to personal change of plans, illness, travel restrictions, weather conditions or acts of God.
Safari lodges, camps, park fees and transport are booked and paid for in advance on your behalf. These commitments are non-reversible, which is why we cannot offer refunds once funds have been transferred to our suppliers.
Cancellations by you
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. While we cannot refund any payments made, we will do our best to assist with rescheduling your itinerary to a later date, subject to lodge and park availability and any difference in seasonal rates.
Cancellations by us
In the extremely rare event that Wild Pawprint Safaris must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a full credit toward a future trip or a replacement itinerary of equal value. This does not apply to cancellations caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, pandemics or government-imposed travel bans.
Travel insurance is essential
Because our bookings are non-refundable, we strongly recommend that every traveller purchase comprehensive travel insurance before confirming a trip. Your insurance should cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation and personal belongings. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to failure to obtain appropriate coverage.
No-shows
If you fail to arrive for any part of your confirmed itinerary without prior written notice, the full cost of that portion is forfeit. No rescheduling credit will be issued for no-shows.
Partial use of itinerary
If you choose to use only part of your booked itinerary, no refund or credit will be issued for the unused portion.
