When you enquire or book with us we may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number and country of residence
• Travel dates, party size and trip preferences
• Passport details and dietary or medical requirements (only when needed to operate your trip)
• Payment confirmation details (we do not store full card numbers)
• Basic analytics data (pages visited, device, approximate location) via cookies

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and design your itinerary
• To make bookings with lodges, parks, transport and guide partners on your behalf
• To send trip documents, invoices and updates
• To comply with Kenyan tax, immigration and tourism regulations
• To improve our website and marketing (only with aggregated, non-identifying data)

4. Sharing your information

We only share what's strictly necessary with the suppliers needed to deliver your trip (lodges, camps, domestic airlines, park authorities, transfer companies). We never sell your data, and we don't share it with marketing third parties.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and booking records for 7 years to meet Kenyan accounting and tax obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 and the EU/UK GDPR (where applicable) you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for marketing. Email wildpawprint.safaris@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use reputable hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and password-protected systems. No internet transmission is 100% secure, so we encourage you to send sensitive documents (like passport scans) only when we ask for them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
